IPO Radar — important information What this is IPO Radar is an automated alerting tool. It reads publicly available IPO information — grey market premium (GMP), the change in GMP since the previous reading, and QIB/NII/retail subscription figures — and reports whether those signals are strong, mixed or weak against a fixed set of numeric thresholds. The same thresholds are applied to every IPO and every reader. They are not chosen for you, they are not adjusted for you, and there is no setting to change: every subscriber receives the identical digest. What this is not This is not investment advice, a recommendation, a research report, or an offer or solicitation to buy or subscribe to any security. Nothing here is tailored to your financial circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance, and no such information is collected. The operator is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or as a Research Analyst, and does not provide advisory services. A green, orange or red marker is a summary of how the observed data scored against those fixed thresholds. It is a statement about arithmetic on public data. It is not a statement about what you should do, it is not a view on whether any IPO is worth applying for, and it must not be read as either. About grey market premium GMP is an informal, unofficial and unregulated indicator quoted by grey market dealers. It is not an official price, it is not administered or verified by any exchange or regulator, and it is frequently wrong about how a stock actually lists. It is collected here from third-party public sources that may be inaccurate, stale, incomplete or unavailable. About the thresholds The scoring bands and weights are heuristics chosen by the operator. They have not been statistically validated and are not claimed to predict listing performance. Any historical accuracy figures published describe how past signals scored against past outcomes; they are not a forecast and past results do not indicate future results. No guarantees Data may be delayed, wrong or missing, and alerts may be late, duplicated or never delivered. The service is provided free and as-is, with no warranty of any kind. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and for any losses arising from them. Do your own research, and consult a SEBI- registered investment adviser before making an investment decision. By using IPO Radar you confirm that you have read and understood the above.
