ℹ️ Signal summary — not advice, not a recommendation.
GMP is unofficial, unverified third-party data.
Every open mainboard IPO · sorted green first

The most recent digest, exactly as it went out (2026-10-05 23:58 IST).

Why not just check GMP

The premium alone can point the wrong way

A real reading. Every grey-market site showed the same headline number.

ESDS Software Solution · closing afternoon

Grey market premium

73.66%

Outstanding, on the face of it.

IPO Radar

Red

Two of three signals disagreed with it.

QIB subscription was 0.76×. On the last afternoon of bidding the institutions had not turned up, and there was no earlier reading showing the premium building. A GMP-only alert would have shown you one number and none of that.

This is what the signals said, not what the stock went on to do. IPO Radar makes no claim about listing performance and keeps no scorecard yet.

What you get

Three things, and nothing else

🔭

It watches, so you don't

Three sources, twice a day, every open mainboard IPO. No more ad-choked GMP pages and cross-checked subscription tables.

🔕

It stays quiet when nothing moved

No email on a day when nothing changed. But always one on an IPO's closing afternoon — the deadline that's easiest to miss.

🧾

It shows its work

Every number behind the colour is in the email, in plain words. No black box, and it says plainly when it doesn't know something.

Covered

Every mainboard IPO open for subscription — green, orange and red alike, so the board is always complete.

Not covered

SME IPOs are excluded. Thin grey markets, tiny floats and lot sizes far above one retail lot make the same signals unreliable.

What actually went out

Recent notifications

Every digest sent, newest first. A check that found nothing changed sends nothing and leaves no line here — so a quiet run of days is a quiet run of days.

What it can't tell you

A colour is a readout on public data, the way a dashboard is green or red. It carries no view on what you should do with your money.

This is not investment advice. IPO Radar is not operated by a SEBI-registered investment adviser, knows nothing about your finances or goals, and deliberately never asks.
GMP is unofficial. An informal figure quoted by grey-market dealers, collected from a public third-party page. No exchange or regulator stands behind it, and it is frequently wrong. A high GMP does not mean a stock will list up.
The scoring is a heuristic that has not been statistically validated. The thresholds were chosen to be explainable, not because anyone has shown they predict listing gains. Every reading is logged so they can eventually be checked against reality — and changed.
Data can be wrong, late or missing, and emails can be delayed or fail to arrive. This is a free tool, provided as-is.

One email. Three colours.

09:00 and 15:00 IST, only when something changed.
